African mahogany frames generous openings that face the Tsitsikamma mountains rather than the distant ocean, a deliberate choice that draws the drama of the escarpment into daily living while sheltering the verandahs from the prevailing winds. Premium materials meet the landscape without ceremony; that restraint is the barefoot luxury on which the whole residence rests.
